Chatham-Kent emergency officials say Riverview Dr. between Heritage and Irwin will be closed until late Friday night after a car crashed into a hydro pole and fire hydrant.
The crash happened just before 3pm on Friday.
Crews are replacing the pole at Irwin and Riverview and cleaning up the mess.
The fire hydrant was ruptured and leaked water onto the side of the road.
There has been no word on injuries or charges.
