UPDATE: Deal Reached At LCBO

There will be no strike at the LCBO.

The Ontario Public Service Employees Union and Liquor Control Board of Ontario reached a tentative contract agreement just before last night's strike deadline.

LCBO employees will now vote on the new deal, but in the interim, there will be no labour disruption at liquor stores.

Until the contract is ratified, the details of it will not be disclosed.

OPSEU's Liquor Board Employees Division represents 8,100 people across the province.
