Chatham-Kent Police Chief Gary Conn conducted 72 officer investigations in 2016.
A police report indicates that number has held steady over the last three years.
Among the 2016 allegations were 11 for neglect of duty, ten for discreditable conduct, two for excessive force, 19 for crashes involving a cruiser, and seven were SIU investigations.
Two investigations resulted in criminal charges, which is down from six in 2014.
There were also four Police Service Act Hearings last year, which is up from two in 2014.
