The St. Clair Region Conservation Authority is warning the public about high water and flooding.
Officials say rivers and streams will be overflowing over the next few days because of the rain.
They say the rain will cause high water levels this week and there will be flooding in some areas.
Residents are reminded to avoid water ways because of slippery banks and fast flowing water.
The warning is in effect until Thursday.
