A fall at a Wallaceburg job-site in November is still the subject of a Ministry of Labour investigation after the person who was injured passed away.
Ministry officials have confirmed they were notified of the death on Monday.
A 73-year-old man was taken to hospital after he fell about 10 ft while working on an overhang at Accurcast.
The man's name has not been released.
He was first taken to hospital in Chatham and then transferred to London with a head injury.
