Bigland Teases Big News for NAIAS

The unveiling of the next generation mini-van at the North American International Auto Show will bring with it some good news for Windsor.

Fiat Chrysler Canada president Reid Bigland says the number of jobs coming to Windsor has been under estimated.

"That's a very conservative estimate on the 600 [new jobs] but we're going to save that for when we get closer to the Detroit auto show as well as the Toronto auto show to get into a bit more details about the van, the impact on the community and what's been going on at the plant," says Bigland.

The North American International Auto Show begins January 11, 2016.

"This is the next generation of the mini-van and we have a proven track record of continuing to innovate and bring new features and new benefits into that segment and this van is going to do the same and keep us on top," says Bigland.
