Hydro One reports power is restored to roughly 3,200 homes and business in the Lakeshore area.
They say Lakeshore, Maidstone and east of Tilbury was without power for roughly an hour, before it was restored around 11:35am.
The outage was cause by a problem in a hydro sub-station.
