Hiram Walker & Sons is expecting about a thousand applications for 20 new positions at a job fair this week.
The company says it's looking to fill production operator roles. Those employees basically oversee the bottling process.
Hiram Walker includes medical and dental benefits alongside an hourly wage of nearly $20 per hour. That wage can increase to $30 per hour over an 8-year period.
The job fair will be held Thursday at the Caboto Club in Windsor.
