It looks like construction on Chatham's downtown condo project could restart as early as next week.
An official with Con-Wall Concrete out of London says as soon as the weather warms up, they'll be back to work on the project.
Company president Joe Liberatore says they're targeting early next week. He says his project manager recently met with developer Victor Boutin at the site to iron out the details.
Back in January, Boutin told BlackburnNews.com he planned to pull the plug on his Everlast Group development over his distaste for the union.
