New Executive For Beef Farmers Of Ontario

Farmers from Wellington County and Grey County will help lead the Beef Farmers of Ontario this year.

The organization elected its president and vice-president at the annual general meeting in Toronto.

Centre Wellington’s Joe Hill is the new president. He runs a feedlot operation near Fergus with his wife and two children. They also manage 800 acres of owned and rented land in corn, soybeans and wheat.

The new vice-president is Grey County’s Rob Lipsett. His operates a 150-head cow-calf operation.
